The Ever So Tasty: Chicken Burger and Garlic Fries
Come Thursday this week Alex and I had decided on a dinner date! Instead of going out like usual I decided to cook Alex my handy dandy, easy in a tic Chicken Burger and Garlic Fries with Aioli combo!
This whole meals takes under half an hour to prepare and leaves little to no actual cooking to be done!
All you need is:
- Chicken Burger Patties (I used Tegal Chicken Patties)
- Burger Buns
- Lettuce & Tomato
- Cheese
- Frozen ready to cook frys
- Garlic butter
- Aioli
- Whatever sauces you desire on your burger!
To prepare:
- Heavily cover low oven pan in cooking oil, toss frozen fries in pan until all fries are generously covered in oil. Put fries in oven on 220°C (428 °F) for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes melt 1 tablespoon of garlic butter. Remove fries from over and drizzle with garlic butter. Place fries back in oven for another 10 Minutes.
- Put frozen chicken patties in oven and cook until ready (This changes to whatever brand/style chicken Pattie you are using) During last 2 minutes of cooking time, slice cheese and place on top of patties to melt.
- Meanwhile slice tomato into thick slices, ready lettuce.
- When fries are done, remove from oven and transfer into large bowl. Melt another tablespoon of garlic butter and drizzle on fries. Toss.
- Toast burger buns until slightly golden and crunchy.
- Remove chicken patties from oven and assemble with burger buns and salad.
- Serve Burgers together with Garlic fries and Aioli.
