Two New Personal Challenges!
After indulging in too much shopping and too much fast food I have decided to set myself two new personal challenges for the next month! (September)

Spent the weekend away:
Come home with an incredibly sore back; pain killers are useless and bed/sleep seem like the only answer :(
Note: Don’t shovel snow and think you’ll get away unharmed when you don’t usually do physical work!
