Experienced my first serious Christchurch...

It’s a given now I expect excruciating pains whenever I eat! Having to cut out all wheat and dairy along with other super processed foods in order to determine what hell is causing all this pain! Coming from a family not so lucky when it comes to our stomachs (crones, IBS etc etc)…I’m not getting my hopes up sad face
