Thanks to my lovely new job (Storeperson and Admin at an Electronics store) I now look like a madly depressed cutter. Wow, Townhouse’s and Apartments from what I’ve seen online are really not worth their dollar in Melbourne! I’d be better to spend the amount I’d spend there, in New Zealand, at least I’d get a decent sized place for it!

And if I can find a Decent enough Apartment for Sale in Melbourne, Considering Purchasing one. (obviously after having a serious look around all the areas and acquiring a bank loan) It just works out that you pay the same amount on a Mortgage than you do on rent in some cases.
